For membership payments we select and use external third party providers which are well established and provide a reasonably high degree of security to your payment.

Privacy Policy, Your Personal Data

At the European Directors and Board Members Association (EDiBMA) we are committed to protecting your privacy.  

As an adherent member, you shall not abuse your possibility to access other association members personal data.  You shall treat such data respectfully and in a way that is part of the association activities.  You shall not download and sell our members data registers to the third parties, or take any other actions that would endanger our members personal data privacy, such as but not limited to, posting our member registers elsewhere in internet.  You shall act diligently in a way not to cause harm to our members.

EDiBMA board members who lead the association, may share your details with a third party, or give them access to your data as a part of the association activities and development. 

Your personal access code to the website is granted to you in person and you shall not share it with others. 

If you wish to delete your personal data from our registers or website please send us a letter in below address or contact us by email.  We do our best to provide you an online access for modifying your personal data instantly as you seem correct, or if not feasible, we may carry out the changes requested by you ourselves.  You are responsible in assuring such data is correct and contains informations you are willing to share.  Please note we keep the rights to adjust your personal data following the informations you publish in LinkedIn or elsewhere in internet, at any time, that we believe are most up-to-date.  Such corrections could be, but are not limited to, changing your business title and job description following the change we would observe in LinkedIn or on other internet provider pages. 

For the mentoring program EDiBMA acts only as a connecting point between two members willing to start such a relationship and takes no responsibility of whatsoever on the relationship and mentoring activity itself and outcome.  The members will solely agree between themselves on the confidentiality, rules and process that they want to apply and follow and kind of information they want to disclose to each other.  However, EDiBMA recommends that no confidential information is discussed and the advices between the members stay at the general level.  EDiBMA notes that such mentoring program participation and activity is under no circumstances insured or guaranteed by EDiBMA.
